Sound isolation
The venue sits below residential units, so isolation had to meet Portugal's noise regulations (RRAE) for sound reaching the neighbours upstairs. Isolation measures were sized around the frequency range most likely to carry through the building's stone-vaulted structure, not just the loudest moment of playback.
Wireless system outcome
A wireless background-music and stage-audio system was implemented across the venue, giving independent control over each zone without routing additional cabling through the historic stone structure.
